After the first meeting with the volunteers and some children from the children center in Pattaya on December 2017, last month GEOforCHILDREN made a donation to the Hand To Hand Foundation.
Thanks to the generosity of some friends who decided to donate second-hand clothes and peluches (used but in good conditions), we have been able to give a little but concrete help to many children, boys and girls who are assisted by this volunteering organization in Pattaya and in the near villages.
Anna Andreeva, our contact person in Thailand, is constantly in contact with them and gave all donated material.
This is maybe a small single step, but as our motto says: “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step”.
And many more steps will follow. Anna is always in contact with Margaret Grainger, the Hand To Hand Foundation’s President, and all together we are considering all the opportunities we have for a strong cooperation between the two organizations, so that to further help children in Pattaya.
